Many elements of our Thanksgiving Day Buffet are sourced from local farms with whom we are partnered and are represented in bold in the menu below. Here is just a taste of what we have planned on Thanksgiving Day in Newark, DE on November 22, 2018 from 12PM - 6PM.

  • Butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seed brittle
  • Gourmet cheese spread including gouda, gruyere, cow tipper, brie, and much more
  • Specialty, cured meat display served with breads, Backyards Jams & Jellies, and mustards
  • Three varieties of heirloom tomato salads to include: red onion and mozzarella with basil dijon vinaigrette,  red onion, black and blue cheese with balsamic vinaigrette, and red onion and aged provolone cheese with tarragon vinaigrette
  • Courtyard Garden grilled vegetables display with hummus, olive tapenade, tomatoes, and basil pesto
  • Smokehouse display to include sustainable smoked salmon, pastrami salmon, and honey lime soy glazed roasted salmon, marinated clams and mussels, grilled octopus, ahi tuna poke,  oysters and spicy shrimp, served with cockail, horseradish and whole grain mustard mayonnaise

  • Roasted beet and arugula salad, tossed with lentils, feta cheese, grapefruit, scallion, chipotle maple walnuts, tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette
  • Tortellini salad with artichoke, roasted peppers, tomato, asparagus salad, tossed in lemon caper vinaigrette
  • Ancient grain salad with red onion, baby kale, cranberries, sunflower seeds, tossed in raspberry vinaigrette
  • Duck and blackberry salad with baby greens, dried cranberries, blackberries, red onion, cipollini cheese, tossed in blackberry vinaigrette

Upon arrival, every adult in your party will have the opportunity to enter their name for a chance to win free Sunday Brunch in the Market Kitchen & Bar for an entire year. 10 winners will be chosen & notified by Friday November 30. Valid for one entree on the Sunday Brunch menu, each & every Sunday until December 1, 2019.
