Mother's Day Brunch in Newark, DE

Breakfast

  • Danishes, muffins and croissants
  • Omelets cooked to order and scrambled eggs with vegetables

Lunch

  • Heirloom tomato and mozzarella display topped with balsamic glaze
  • Local grilled vegetables with hummus
  • Smoked house local, domestic and international meats to include salami, fennel, wine, pepperoni, sopersatta, and dried sausage, served with local jams, mustard, olives, and chutneys 
  • Raw bar featuring smoked salmon, marinated clams, marinated mussels, oysters and shrimp, grilled octopus served with cocktail, horseradish and whole grain mustard mayonnaise           
  • Braised short ribs with blackberry chipotle BBQ, served over sweet potato puree and pickled peaches
  • Lemon thyme chicken, served with mushroom risotto, sautéed baby kale and a lemon thyme demi
  • Sautéed crab cakes with roasted heirloom tomato and avocado lemon aioli
  • Red bliss mashed potato with cheese, bacon, scallion, sour cream, butter and gravy
  • Broccolini served with roasted julienne tri colored peppers
