MEET EXECUTIVE CHEF ROBERT FRATTICIOLI
Robert graduated from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia. After an apprenticeship at La Truffe, Chef Robert began his culinary career that would span 26 years and include Hyatt Regency Princeton and Hyatt Regency Cherry Hill, and the opening of Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia. Chef Robert brought his expertise and creative flare to the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City where he opened four new upscale restaurants; Michael Patrick’s Brassiere, Wine and Wi-Fi Lounge, Bean and Bread, and Lillie’s Red Sushi. Today as an award-winning chef, Robert has made his home here at the Christiana Hilton. Chef Robert has received the following awards; American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year, Best Dish in New Jersey Food and Wine, Bronze Medal in Culinary Chocolate Competition at Jacob Javits Center, and Manager of the Year Hyatt Regency Princeton on two occasions. He brings over 26 years of meticulously crafted upscale American cuisine, combined with his original, innovative style of emphasizing regional culinary practices.
