Get up close and personal with our Estate Swans as the Swan Master calls them to order with his Royal Bell and Scepter. Participate in their feeding, and learn fun facts about our resident royal mascots.

Our Martini Masters will teach you step by step how to shake up one of the Estate's Signature cocktails. Enjoy a refreshing seasonal Martini and graduate our class as a Certified Mixologist after having learned the history of this classic cocktail. During the Month of Love:
-It's all about Chocolate this Month! Shaken not Stirred will be transformed into a Godiva Martini Mixer every Tuesday during the Month of Love! Participating guests will receive a coupon entitling them to a Godiva gift at the conclusion of their meal in the Brasserie Grille.

Learn how to sip, sniff, and swirl like a true wine connoisseur. Enjoy fine wines from the local Chaddsford Winery as well as California coast offerings from the Robert Mondavi Private Selection, each perfectly paired with hors d'oeuvres.

-From 5:00pm-5:30pm, Join Chef James Lauser in our hotel lobby as he demonstrates how to make four delicious dishes throughout the month of February. There's an entree sure to please everyone's heart!
